„We respect the wish of Dr Damasky and wish him all the best for the future and his carreer. Over the past six years, he has always managed the product and value creation division very successfully with a high level of personal commitment. I would like to thank him warmly for his commitment and the good cooperation," explains VDA President Hildegard Müller.

Müller continues: "With the replacement of the management of the product and value creation division by Dr Marcus Bollig, we will continue to strengthen our commitment to the transformation to climate-neutral mobility and comprehensive digitization. I am very much looking forward to the future cooperation."
