What does the Member Services department deal with?
Members of manufacturer groups I, II and III can contact the Member Service Department in case they have formal questions about their VDA membership, their technical participation in committees or the services offered by the VDA. Furthermore, the department is the first address for start-ups and companies in the digital economy if they are looking for contact with the automotive industry and VDA members.
Our division Manufacturers Groups I, II and III acts as first contact for members, particularly regarding formal requests due to membership or answering questions regarding participation in relevant committees. Companies applying for a membership can contact our team.
The division Start-Ups & Tech Companies is the first point of contact for innovative players originating from the "automotive ecosystem”. Our aim is to connect all of them and to create a new mobility together.
